Waiting pool and Enrollment Offer
Every applications for admission submitted is placed in our Waiting Pool. When a space opens in our program, we will consult our wait pool and assess the availability of the opening and our ability to accommodate the student and family.
Children ages five and above will be asked to come in and meet with a teacher and spend time in the classroom. Enrollment offers will then be make based on the experience of that visit and space availability.
We ask for a transfer of records for Elementary and Middle School student applicants. After we receive the records, we will invite the child to visit the classroom for a minimum of a morning work period. This assessment will help us determine if our school is the right fit for the student and family.
Once an enrollment offer is made, paperwork and an enrollment deposit will be required to retain a space for your child to join our campus. Our Assistant Head of School will then be in touch to inform you of the next steps in the enrollment process. The Lead Guide (teacher) will be in contact with you about your orientation process and phase in schedule.
