Erica is passionate about Montessori education, driven by a commitment to nurture children's love of learning. Her journey as a dedicated Montessori Guide began in 2016, and in January 2022, she embraced the role of Lead Guide at Mariposa Montessori School, further deepening her connection to the Montessori community. Beyond her professional endeavors, Erica finds joy in the loving company of her husband, two daughters, and their dog. She not only guides young minds in the classroom but also actively supports the educational journey of her own children, who are proud attendees of Mariposa. As a true enthusiast of life's celebrations, Erica channels her creativity into meticulous event planning.
